Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Cancellations requested after this window may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

2. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery, or

A wrong product or size was delivered.

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide an unboxing video and/or clear photos showing the damage or mistake.

Once your claim is verified:

A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost, or

A full refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hours of confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for personal preferences such as firmness, comfort level, or color.

Products that are used, altered, or not returned in original packaging will not qualify for a return or refund.
